Day treatment program offering recovery oriented, psychosocial rehabilitation to individuals experiencing severe to complex mental health issues, which may include co-occurring addiction.
A day treatment program providing care to clients who have significantly impaired functioning requiring a higher degree and frequency of support than what a Level III Clinic can offer. Program provides psychosocial rehabilitation utilizing a skills building approach and is not specific to diagnosis. Services provided include:
- Time limited, goal focused, recovery-oriented psychosocial rehabilitation / skills training
- Clinical consultation, assessment, recommendations and follow up
- Individual Therapy (DBT, CBT, ART, Solution-focused, MI)
- Group Therapy
- Social Skills instruction, modelling and feedback
- Community resource orientation, introduction, and connection to resources
- Recreational therapy assessments and intervention
- Life skills, communication and emotional awareness training
- Case Management
- Medication management and education
- Clozapine / Depot Clinic
- Peer Support
- Independent Living Support (ILS)
