Eligible clients identified through treatment centres and other homeless serving agencies.

Participant determination based on those currently in addiction treatment centres who are most vulnerable and who have no fixed address upon treatment conclusion.

Clients must:
- have been homeless for a minimum of 6 months.
- have a genuine desire to remain free from drugs and alcohol.
- be willing to pay 30% of their income (if receiving funding via AB Works the rent is $323), phone, and utilities.
- be willing to meet with Case Managers regularly in their home.
- be able to live independently.

Client pays 30% of their income and utilities if applicable.
