Service offers:
- speakers once a month on various topics, followed by a group discussion, in-person or online (via Zoom)
Topics are initiated by group suggestions and may include:
- health and nutrition
- boosting memory
- self-care
- diabetes
- home care
- raising children in multiple cultures
- gang and family violence
- elder abuse
- hate / bias crimes and human rights
- Alberta family law and the criminal justice system
- meeting school board trustees
- immigrant issues
- community mediation and support
- education, training, and job opportunities
