12 months of assistance and support in finding and setting up a market apartment in the client’s neighbourhood of choice
Includes:
developing a service plan with the goal of increasing housing stability
supports to learn and explore the community
connecting to new community resources
regular weekly home visits
monthly landlord check-ins
